Return and Refund Policy

At Fly on Time, we strive to provide excellent customer service and ensure your experience with us is smooth and hassle-free. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our return and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Make sure to read our Return and Refund Policy before booking our services.
  1. Cancellations and Refunds:
  • Cancellations Made 24 Hours Before Pickup: Full refund of the booking amount.
  • Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before Pickup: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
  • No-Show or Same-Day Cancellations: No refund will be provided.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of the cancellation request. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
  1. Changes to Booking:
  • Change of Pickup Time: You can request a change in the pickup time up to 12 hours before the scheduled time at no extra charge. Changes requested less than 12 hours before may incur a $20 service fee.
  • Change of Destination: Any change in the destination must be communicated at least 12 hours before the pickup time. Additional charges may apply based on the new destination.
  1. Service Issues:
  • Missed Pickup Due to Driver Error: If we miss your pickup due to our error, we will either arrange an immediate alternative or offer a full refund, depending on your preference.
  • Service Complaints: If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your trip. We will review your feedback and, if appropriate, offer a partial or full refund.
  1. Special Circumstances:
  • Extreme Weather Conditions: In case of cancellations due to extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen events, we will offer a full refund or reschedule your ride at no additional cost.
  • Health Emergencies: If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis and may offer a full or partial refund.
